All fees paid for the Services provided on our Site are refundable within the first 5 days after the purchase, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions.

However, if we issue a refund or credit after 5 days in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.

To request a refund, simply send us an email at and we’ll take care of the rest. The email sent date and time will be considered as the refund request time.

If you’re eligible for the refund, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the refund will reach your bank account in 10-15 business days.
